Cayamo: A Journey Through Song
| This past winter I was overjoyed to join the Cayamo Music Cruise to Tortola, Antigua, and Puerto Rico. Cayamo is a week-long floating music festival featuring nearly 50 Americana artists, bands, and songwriters. It was heavenly! Music, Music, Music, day and night, augmented by gorgeous scenery, delicious food & drink, swanky ship accommodations, and spectacular Ports of Call. What a blast to be on-board with so many of my musical heroes, and an opportunity to hear new, up-and-coming artists. A few of my fellow campers from Frets & Refrains were on board as well! Many of the artists return to Cayamo year after year, and they often sit in on each other's sets—very cool indeed! | |  |
Whenever I am lamenting those cold, long winter nights, I just take a mental vacation to Cayamo.
